Gears offer you great advantages in Brawl Stars. Here's a guide going over all of them, their rarities, and how you can get them.
Gears are passive bonuses that you can equip on a brawler. Each brawler can equip two Gears. The first Gear slot is unlocked at Power Level 10, while the second slot can be unlocked at Power Level 11.
Gears can be purchased with Coins. Once you buy them, they are permanently bound to the brawler which you have purchased the Gear for. If you want the same Gear equipped on another brawler, you will have to purchase it for them.
There are many Gears currently available in Brawl Stars, so let's go over them all and how you can get them.
How To Get Gears In Brawl Stars
You can purchase Gears with Coins once a brawler reaches Power Level 10. To buy Gears, you need to go to the brawler of your choice, tap the Gear that you want to equip, and purchase it.
Gears come in one of three different rarities: Super Rare, Epic, and Mythic. Depending on their rarity, the Gear may only be equipped by certain brawlers. Super Rare Gears can be equipped by all brawlers, Epic Gears can only be equipped by some brawlers, and Mythic Gears can only be equipped by fewer Brawlers.
Here are the Gear rarities and their respective costs:
- Super Rare Gear: 1,000 Coins
- Epic Gear: 1,500 Coins
- Mythic Gear: 2,000 Coins
All Gears In Brawl Stars
There are currently 13 Gears available in Brawl Stars. Let's go over each one of them and their abilities.
Enduring Toxins Gear
The Enduring Toxins Gear is a Mythic Gear that can only be equipped by Crow. It increases the damage done by his poison effects by 30%.
Exhausting Storm Gear
The Exhausting Storm Gear is a Mythic Gear that can only be equipped by Sandy. Enemies inside Sandy's Sandstorm Super deal 10% less damage.
Lingering Smoke Gear
The Lingering Smoke Gear is a Mythic Gear than can only be equipped by Leon. It increases his Smoke Bomb Super duration by one second.
Sticky Spikes Gear
The Sticky Spikes Gear is a Mythic Gear that can only be equipped by Spike. Having this will allow Spike's Stick Around! Super to slow enemies 50% more effectively.
Talk To The Hand Gear
The Talk to the Hand Gear is a Mythic Gear that can only be equipped by Gene. It will increase Gene's Magic Hand range by one tile.
Thicc Head Gear
The Thicc Head Gear is a Mythic Gear that can only be equipped by Tick. It will give Tick's Head 1,000 extra HP.
Super Charge
The Super Charge Gear is an Epic Gear that can only be equipped by certain brawlers.
These brawlers are:

The Super Charge Gear charges your Super 10% faster.
Reload Speed
The Reload Speed Gear is an Epic Gear that can only be equipped by certain brawlers.
These brawlers are:
- Amber
- Belle
- Bo
- Brock
- Colt
- Eve
- Griff
- Lola
- Rico
- 8-But
The Reload Speed Gear will allow you to reload 15% faster.
Damage Gear
The Damage Gear is a Super Rare Gear that can be equipped by all brawlers. It will allow you to deal 15% more damage when you are below 50% HP.
Health gear
The Health Gear is a Super Rare Gear that can be equipped by all brawlers. It will help you recover HP 50% faster.
Shield Gear
The Shield Gear is a Super Rare Gear that can be equipped by all brawlers. When you equip this, you will gain a 600 HP consumable shield. The shield will regenerate in ten seconds when you are at full HP.
Speed Gear
The Speed Gear is a Super Rare Gear that can be equipped by all brawlers. It will increase your speed by 20% when moving in bushes.
Vision Gear
The Vision Gear is a Super Rare Gear that can be equipped by all brawlers. It will reveal opponents for two seconds after you have dealt damage to them.
