Otis is theChromatic Brawler who arrived in Brawl Stars as part of the Deep Sea Brawl update. He's a strong Controller brawler who's a consistent damage dealer. He's also capable of holding the ground with his impressive Star Powers and Gadgets.

Otis' Super enables him to be a powerful disabler, leaving him a good counter-pick against tank and assassin Brawlers.

How To Get Otis In Brawl Stars

As Otis is a Chromatic brawler, you can get him at the Chromatic Shop. Use Chroma Credits to purchase him. But remember to meet the other requirements before getting him.

Basic Attack - Inky Art

Otis' basic attack fires three blobs of paint in a straight line. They're quite strong and spread out slightly the further the blobs of paint travel.

Super - Silent Seabed

Otis's Super is called Silent Seabed. He will fling his starfish friend, Cil, in a forward-facing direction. Cil will cling to the first enemy that comes in contact with him.

Once attached, the enemy will not be able to use any attack, Supers, or Gadgets for three seconds. This Super will not disable passive effects that brawlers may receive from Gears or Star Powers. It will also deal a small amount of damage to the affected brawler.

Silent Seabed can work on active spawnables such as Penny's cannon and Jessie's turret. However, passive turrets like 8-Bits' turret will not be affected.

Otis Gadgets - Dormant Star And Phat Splatter

Otis has two Gadgets: Dormant Star and Phat Splatter. Here's a breakdown of his Gadgets:

• Dormant Star: Once activated, if Otis misses his next Super, the starfish that was thrown will land on the ground and remain invisible to enemies. Any brawler who steps over it will have the Otis' Super effect on them.
• Phat Splatter: Once activated, Otis' next attack shoots an ink puddle that deals four ticks of 810 damage over 3.8 seconds.

Otis Star Powers - Stencil Glue And Ink Refill

Otis has two Star Powers: Stencil Glue and Ink Refills. Here's a breakdown of his Star Powers:

• Stencil Glue: Increases the duration of Otis' Super by 33%. This makes the Super last for 4 seconds compared to the usual 3.
• Ink Refills: Otis shoots 4 ink drops per attack instead of the usual 3.

Stats - HP
