Clash Royale: October (Season 40) Battle Banners

Season 40 of Clash Royale will be bringing in a series of new Halloween-inspired battle banners. Here's a look at them all and how you can get them.

A new season is upon us in Clash Royale! Last season, Clash Fest, brought us a bunch of battle banners that celebrated the tenth year anniversary of Clash of Clans. However, in the new season, we'll be taking a quick detour to a path full of darkness and mystery. For October, Supercell will be introducing their own spin on the popular Halloween celebration with 'Clash-O-Ween'.

This season and all of its content including battle banners will be available in Clash Royale from October 4 until November 7. We know you're just as excited as us to see what the new season has in store for us with battle banner designs. Clash Royale: October (Season 40) Balance Changes

Eight battle banners will be introduced to Clash Royale in season 40. You can purchase these battle banners from the Banner Box with an initial 50 Gems or 100 Banner Tokens cost. As always, battle banners will have a rarity assigned to each of them: High Chance, Rare, and Extremely Rare.

The 'Headless Ponyman With Frightening Forest' is an extremely rare battle banner. A spooky horseman can be seen wandering the decrepit woods of an unknown forest.

Pumpkin Barrage with This is Clash-O-Ween

'Pumpkin Barrage with This is Clash-O-Ween' is an extremely rare battle banner. It features the baby dragon with a stylized purple background.

P.U.M.P.K.I.N With Pumpkin Patch

'P.U.M.P.K.I.N with Pumpkin Patch' is an extremely rare battle banner. It features the mini PEKKA frolicking in a patch of pumpkins.

Bats With Massive Moon

'Bats with Massive Moon' is a rare battle banner. It features the iconic bat troops flying in a full-moon sky.

Mega Minion With Hognado

'Mega Minion with Hognado' is a rare battle banner. It's a wacky piece of art that features the Mega Minion amidst a chaotic Royal Hog tornado.

Flaming Furnace With Fire Cavern

'Flaming Furnace with Fire Cavern' is a rare battle banner. It takes a spin on the classic Furnace card by showing a Fire Spirit emerging from its flaming belly.

Graveyard

'Graveyard' is a battle banner you have a high chance of obtaining. It's a 3D render of skeletons piled on top of one another.

Royal Ghost

The Royal Ghost gets his own battle banner that you have a high chance of obtaining.

Clash Royale Season 40 - Shop Battle Banners

For the first time since battle banners were introduced to Clash Royale in the Summer update earlier this year, you will be able to purchase battle banners from the in-game shop.

However, they aren't as diverse in design as the previously shown battle banners. Instead, they will have a single background but multiple foreground items that go along with them. These shop battle banners have no level of rarity associated with them so you will have an equal chance of finding each of the six new battle banners in the shop.
