It has been quite some time since the last live event in Fortnite. Known as 'Fracture', it was hosted in the game to mark the end of Chapter 3 Season 4.
Since then, However, a recent statement from a director at Epic Games has given players hope as it suggests that exciting live events and concerts are in the works for the near future.

Events And Concerts Are Returning To Fortnite In The Future
We all remember the monumental moments when Travis Scott made history with his 'Astronomical' event and when Ariana Grande graced the island during the 'Rift Tour'. However, it's been quite some time since these epic events took place.
Instead of grand live events, we've witnessed smaller Creative mode gatherings recently such as the disappointing One Piece collaboration.

But now, it appears that a change is on the horizon. Senior Cinematic Designer at Epic Games, Greyson Edge, recently made an intriguing statement at Unreal Fest 2023, stating "Currently, we are working on some of the events that we do for Fortnite."

The next Fortnite update, Chapter 4 Season 5, is anticipated to arrive in November. Unless Epic Games unveils a last-minute change, the next in-game live event is likely to take place in either late November or early December.
