In Demon Slayer: Midnight Sun, you can become a demon after clearing the Final Selection exam and acquiring -25 Negative Karma. Once that is done, you can head to the demon trainer, Muzan's location, interact, and select the dialogue option that says, "I want to become a demon."

Once you become a Demon in Demon Slayer: Midnight Sun, you must increase your Demon Rank by accumulating the required EXP Points to unlock new skills.
