Marvel Snap, as a competitive game, is doing an amazing job of making sure that all of the cards in the game have a niche that they can fill. This is a breath of fresh air for a lot of people who are used to card games being focused singularly on the newest cards being the hot ticket item to buy to make sure that you're competitively viable.

The developers have made it so anyone who gets into the game has an almost even playing field when going to ranked modes of the game. You'll be matched with people who have access to similar cards as you do and as you get better and finally rank up you'll begin seeing cards that may be more mysterious to you.

In the higher ranks, there are going to be a lot of similar decks that you will play against, so it's best to learn their tricks early and also figure out what deck you want to build for yourself when you hit the appropriate rank to unlock the Series 5 cards and even the Token Shop!

The decks in this guide are the ones that have the most consistent wins for the month and have also been represented in mid-to-high ELO matches.

Dual Flame

The Dual Flame deck is an interesting one. It utilizes some very strong cards like Shuri to make sure you get an immediate buff with your next card played.

While also having cards like Human Torch and Phoenix Force, which are best utilized by moving around the board. So, what does this mean? Well, with Human Torch in particular, this means he can be buffed up to three times for a whopping 16 power if we play him correctly.

Then, you can use Taskmaster to gain the power of Human Torch or whoever you played last. We also have the combo of Red Skull and Taskmaster which can make for a beefy duo. Combine any of these massive cards we're able to make with Arnim Zola and you can replicate all of your strong friends to the other locations.

This deck has many avenues to victory, which is why it's played so frequently!

Lockjaw

This deck uses the best friend you could ever ask for, Lockjaw. What Lockjaw enables a deck to do is spit out any card that is in the deck.

Once per turn, Lockjaw will be replaced by another card in your deck after a card is played at his location. If you look at the deck, you can see that we have some very powerful cards that Lockjaw can bring out.

The only cards we need to concern ourselves with are Lockjaw, Thor, Mjolnir, Jubilee, Wasp, and High Evolutionary. These cards all have their own effects, but they will also allow us to activate Lockjaw and pull out our 6 cost cards that can change the tides of battle in a flash.

This deck may not be the most intricate combo-based deck in the world, but it is one of the most fun to play. Every turn with this deck has something happening and can enable you to do some truly crazy combos, which can devastate almost every player if they aren't playing a very strict Control deck.
