Cookie Run: Kingdom has a plethora of unique and zany characters to get to know through its fun story. Like most gacha games, Cookies are rated on a tier list.
We have the lowest of the low, Common. Jumping all the way up to the top with Ancient.
Unlike many gacha games out these days, Cookie Run: Kingdom is pretty simple in determining who is the best cookie.
The character who is the lower rarity will always be the weakest version. So if you have a Common magic cookie and a Rare magic cookie, the rare one will be the best.

In PvP, these cookies will carry you to the higher ranks, and in the story, they will make every boss and encounter become the most menial challenge you've faced.
Most of the cookies in this tier are exceedingly rare and hard to come across, so if you find yourself with one or two of them, count yourself very lucky!
