Power: Carter's Spark - Successfully striking a survivor with either of The Doctor's electro-convulsive abilities causes them to suffer from the Madness effect. The Madness effect can stack up to three times. Once it is given to a survivor, they cannot lose it. Combining Madness with the Doctor's Shock Therapy and Static Blast abilities will allow him to apply pressure from anywhere on the map.

The Doctor - Unique Perks

Overwhelming PresenceSurvivors within your terror radius suffer from inefficiency. When using an Item, the depletion rate is increased.
Monitor and AbuseYour terror radius is increased by eight meters. When you aren't in a chase, your terror radius is increased by 16 meters.
OverchargeWhen you damage a generator, it applies the Overcharge status to it. This increases the regression speed AND makes the skill check even more difficult.

The Best Build

  • Jolt
  • Whispers
  • Sloppy Butcher
  • Overcharge

Jolt, when you put a survivor into a dying state with your basic attack, all the generators within 32 meters of you instantly explode.

Whispers: Whenever a survivor is in your location, you will hear whispers revealing what direction they are in.

Sloppy Butcher, wounds inflicted by basic attacks cause survivors to suffer from Hemorrhage and Mangled. While also increasing the bleeding frequency of injured survivors and the regression rate of healing.

Overcharge is another perk to layer over the Carter's Spark power. Overcharge combined with Jolt will ensure that you will get a consistent regression for all the generators survivors will be using.

If you stay with this build, you will be able to make sure that survivors are going to have a tough time no matter what. The Doctor shines when he is annoying and sneaking away to the next generator. Stay on top of the survivors, apply your power, and destroy generators as you come across them!
