OUTERPLANE Character Tier List (June 2024): All Characters Ranked From Best To Worst

OUTERPLANE is a new PvP and PvE gacha mobile game on the block that was developed by Smilegate. They are the same minds behind the very successful Epic Seven which was considered to be one of the best PvP and competitive gacha games by many gamers.

Now with OUTERPLANE, there is a fresh start with a smaller pool of characters and a lot of consolidated features. OUTERPLANE is considered to be the sequel to Epic Seven, so many players are moving over to try this new 3d real-life anime game!

To help you get the right start in the game, we've worked on a tier list ranking all of the characters available in OUTERPLANE.

OUTERPLANE Character Tier List

Our tier list has five tiers. At the top of the list are S-tier characters, who are the very best in the game. Then, there is A-tier, B-tier, C-tier, and finally - at the bottom of the list - is the F-tier, which comprises the worst characters in OUTERPLANE.

S-Tier

Starting with the best of the best in the S-Tier. These are the characters who will be able to carry you through the Story mode with no issues at all. They will also be able to hold their ground during PvP matches. Most of the characters here are going to be core members for any team going forward into end-game PvE content as well!

Here are the S-Tier characters:

• Valentine
• Noa
• Rin
• Veronica
• Stella

That said, the best OUTERPLANE characters are Valentine, Noa, Rin, Veronica, and Stella.

A-Tier

The A-Tier is still full of strong characters! These are the ones that you can think of more as picks to support the team that they are on. These characters are great at one or two things but fail at some others. Basically, they're weaker than S-tier characters but are capable of carrying their own just as well in certain situations.

Here are the A-tier characters:

• Dolly
• Cindy
• Saeran
• Kate
• Maxwell
• Vera
• Snow
• Francesca
• Laplace

B-Tier

Here in the B-tier, we can expect to see some drop-off in the usability of characters. These characters can be good with a lot of investment into them. They're essentially average picks who perform adequately but have the potential to perform better (or worse) depending on your skill and team.

C-Tier

We are nearing the bottom of the barrel now here at C-Tier. What's shocking to me is the amount of three-star characters that are down here! It shows that the game is not just focused on the three stars being the best in the game.

Needless to say, C-tier characters aren't the best-performing characters in OUTERPLANE at the moment, but they still can do better.

F-Tier

At the bottom of our tier list are F-Tier characters. They do not have much to offer by way of viability - yet! So, just be aware of them and don't invest too much into them if you don't need to as they're not the best characters to use.
