Pokemon Go has a lot of content in it. Let's go over all of the raids in the game in this guide.
Raid Bosses in Pokémon Go are very strong Pokémon which appear at Gyms during raids.
These raid bosses have higher combat power than most Pokémon, and their rarity ranges from basic Pokémon all the way up to Legendary and Mythic Pokémon.
Tier 1 Raids have weak Pokémon, while the Tier 5 raids will include the most rare and difficult Pokémon that you can encounter.
After defeating a raid boss you can receive many awards, such as Rare Candies, Golden Razz Berries, TMs, and PokéBalls that can be used to capture raid bosses.
All Pokémon Go Current Raids
Raid Battles occur when a Boss Pokémon takes over a Gym. Your goal is to defeat this powerful Pokémon.
If you and your fellow Trainers are successful, you’ll be rewarded with special items and a chance at catching that Pokémon.

You can't do it alone; you’ll need help from fellow Trainers to raid the Gym and (hopefully) prevail.
Raid Battles aren’t your typical Gym Battle; your opponent is more difficult to defeat than most other Pokémon.
Raids have several tiers of difficulty: tier 1, tier 3, tier 5, Mega Raids and Mega Legendary Raids.
The higher the difficulty, the stronger the Raid Boss and the more players you’ll need in order to succeed.
Shadow Raids, on the other hand, are Raids that have been taken over by Team Rocket.
These raids are generally harder to fight because the Pokémon can get stronger by becoming enraged, which bosses the Pokémon's attack and defense.
To defeat Shadow Pokémon, you will need to craft Purified Gems, which you will gain from defeating Shadow Raids and Team Rocket Members.
