In Genshin Impact, you can find the Antoine Roger Craft northwest of the Court of Fontaine area of the Fontaine region.
Head to the player icon location in the above map screenshot, and you will find the air blimp, officially called the Antoine Roger Craft, parked and ready for flight.

You can use the air blimp to reach the tallest building in the Court of Fontaine, which also holds a Luxurious Chest.
How To Use The Air Blimp (Antoine Roger Craft) In Genshin Impact
To activate the Antoine Roger Craft in Genshin Impact, you must use the nearby Ousia Block and hit the shining mechanism on the craft.
First, interact with the Ousia Block and aboard the Antoine Roger Craft. After that, perform a Charged Attack on the shining mechanism.
Once that is done, the Ousia Block will charge up the Antoine Roger Craft, activating it.
After that, stay on the air blimp and deal with the incoming anomalies until you reach the destination.
