Furina, the Hydro Archon, is finally coming to Genshin Impact with the version 4.2 update. She is a five-star Hydro Element user whose weapon of choice is Swords.

Her kit was recently leaked, thanks to data miners, and in the wake of that, we finally have a pre-release build for her that will increase the output of her skills by a significant amount.

In this Furina best build guide, we will share the best weapons, artifacts, and team compositions for Furina in Genshin Impact. So keep reading.

The best build for Furina is where you focus on improving her HP and ER stats along with CRIT DMG; for CRIT Rate, you get it by ascending her, and the remaining can be acquired from Artifacts.

Thanks to Furina's kit, there are many routes that you can take while building her, may it be as the ultimate support, a healer, a Sub DPS, or a multi-target DPS unit.

Another great thing about Furina is that you get a whopping 19.2% CRIT Rate bonus upon her sixth and final ascension. This shows that even the devs want you to focus on stats like HP, ER, CRIT DMG, and EM if needed.

Furina's abilities scale with her max HP. This is becoming a trend now, but the highest priority stat you must raise is her HP.

Apart from that, we think focusing on ER, aka Energy Recharge, is also a priority as her Elemental Burst takes 30 Energy but comes with a 100% uptime thanks to the 18-second duration, which is also the charge time.

Best Weapons For Furina In Genshin Impact

The best weapon for Furina is her signature weapon, Splendor of Still Waters, whose Sub Stat increases CRIT DMG by 88.2% at max level.

Moreover, what stands out the most is the weapon's skill, which at base Refinement is as follows: "When the equipping character's current HP increases or decreases, Elemental Skill DMG dealt will be increased by 8% for 6s. Max 3 stacks."

"This effect can be triggered once every 0.2s. When other party members' current HP increases or decreases, the equipping character's Max HP will be increased by 12% for 6s. Max 2 stacks. This effect can be triggered once every 0.2s and can be triggered even if the wielder is off-field."

The second weapon you can use on Furina is Light of Foliar Incision, which also offers a CRIT DMG-based sub-stat and whose weapon skill increases CRIT Rate.

Here is a look at Light of Foliar Incision's weapon skill: "CRIT Rate is increased by 4%. After Normal Attacks deal Elemental DMG, the Foliar Incision effect will be obtained, increasing DMG dealt by Normal Attacks and Elemental Skills by 120% of Elemental Mastery.

"This effect will disappear after 28 DMG instances or 12s. You can obtain Foliar Incision once every 12s."

Lastly, for free-to-play players, we think the upcoming four-star sword, The Dockhand's Assistant, will be the best weapon on Furina as its sub-stat offers an HP% increase, and the weapon skill gives you ER and EM.

Update on October 21, 2023: Harbinger of Dawn is going to be another great free-to-play weapon for Furina in Genshin Impact. Just make sure to keep her HP in check before using her Elemental Skill.

First of all, with Furina, you must know that she has added more variety to every playable character in the game when it comes to using artifacts.

Her skill can decrease the HP of all party members, which means every one of them can benefit from Artifacts like the Marechaussee Hunter, Vermillion Hereafter, and others, making them more universal for Furina havers.

That being said, for now, we think there are two artifacts that stand out the most when we take Furina's kit into consideration; these are Marechaussee Hunter and the Golden Troupe.

Marechaussee Hunter

2-Piece bonus: Normal and Charged Attack DMG +15%.
4-Piece bonus: When current HP increases or decreases, the CRIT Rate will be increased by 12% for 5s. Max 3 stacks.

Golden Troupe

2-Piece bonus: Increases Elemental Skill DMG by 20%.
4-Piece bonus: Increases Elemental Skill DMG by 25%. Additionally, when not on the field, Elemental Skill DMG will be further increased by 25%. This effect will be cleared 2s after taking the field.
