But also, we are getting the Lanter Rite festival event, new playable characters, weapons, quests, and, best of all, new character skins for Ganyu, Shenhe and Xingqiu in the game.
While all three skins coming with the version 4.4 update are great, many players are more eager to learn about our favourite Coco-Goat's skin, the Twilight Blossom and whether they can get it for free as there have been a lot of rumours about a skin selector.

Can You Get Ganyu's Outfit For Free?
The answer to this question is both yes and no! But when you ask in general, Ganyu's Twilight Blossom is not free. However, players in China who buy the PlayStation 5 Genshin Impact bundle can get it for free by selecting Ganyu's skin from the skin selector.
For players outside of China, the only way to get Ganyu's Twilight Blossom skin is by purchasing it from Paimon's Store in exchange for Genesis Crystals.
Thankfully, right after the version 4.4 update goes live, Ganyu and Shenhe's skin will be available at a discounted price until March 11th, 03:59 (Server Time).
The usual price of skin in Genshin Impact for a five-star character like Ganyu is 1,680 Genesis Crystals. But during the discounted period, players could buy Ganyu's skin for just 1,350 Genesis Crystals.
Now, of course, we would have appreciated it if we also got a skin selector in the wake of the Chinese New Year and the Lanter Rite event. But, in the end, it's just wishful thinking.
