How To Get Ruined Hilt, Splintered Hilt & Still-Smoldering Hilt
In Genshin Impact, you can get the Ruined Hilt and its higher variants, called the Splintered and Still-Smoldering Hilt, from enemies called Golem Guards.
For players who don't know, Golem Guards are the new regular enemies debuting in the version 4.6 update, which includes two new locations: Petrichor and Remuria.
Similar to any other enemy drop ascension material in Genshin Impact, depending on the level of the Golem Guards and RNG, you can get a certain amount of Ruined, Splintered and Still-Smoldering Hilt as a drop item.
Thankfully, though, you can use the lower variants at an Alchemy Table in major cities all around Teyvant to craft the higher variant hilts.

Alternatively, you can obtain the Ruined, Splintered, and Still-Smoldering Hilt from the Stardust Exchange shop, which you can access via Paimon's Menu.
