Supercell has decided to end one of its longest-running development projects, Clash Mini, after realizing that it was "not a game that would ultimately fulfill their dream."
Clash Mini officially began development in April 2021 with the ultimate goal of connecting characters and lore between the various games in Supercell's Clash universe. It was an ambitious project that many looked forward to and signed up for.
Now, three years later, the project has come to an end.

"We've made the difficult decision to discontinue the development of Clash Mini. We could not be more proud and thankful for being part of what you created with us." stated Supercell in a post on X (formerly Twitter).
Clash Mini Showed "Significant Improvements" But Did Not Meet Quality Bar
In an official statement, Supercell stated that they strived to "make the best game" they could ever since Clash Mini entered its beta testing phase. It was a self-proclaimed dream of the developers to "create great games that as many people as possible play for years and that are remembered forever."
However, this dream didn't seem achievable. In their eyes, Clash Mini "was a good game but not the game that would ultimately fulfill our dream" and didn't meet the "quality bar" they had hoped to reach.
Throughout its development, Clash Mini saw regular game updates, esports competitions, and various seasons. In the updates leading up to the game's unfortunate end, it's understood that the game attracted a lot of interest from both content creators and the community.
Clash Mini May Live On In Clash Royale
In spite of Clash Mini coming to an end, Supercell still believes there is room for elements of Clash Mini to live on in another game in their catalog.
"We can still see very high potential and love for the game within Supercell and our Community. With that in mind, we have decided to commit to bringing the Clash Mini experience to Clash Royale to reach its fullest potential. By doing this, we can better serve many more players in fulfilling our ultimate goal and vision. Once we have concrete updates on the next steps for this development, we intend to share them with you as soon as possible." reads Supercell in their announcement.
This may be the best ending possible for Clash Mini. Over the past few years, Supercell has ended the development of titles such as Floodrush, Clash Quest, and Everdale. All three of these titles failed to see their legacy live on in other Supercell titles.
Clash Mini's servers will officially close on April 25, 2024, at 8 AM UTC. Supercell has already outlined what players can do to transfer their in-game purchases from Clash Mini to other Supercell titles. For other issues related to Clash Mini's closure, we suggest contacting Supercell Support.
