Launch Idle Heroes.
Visit the 'Cool Events' menu.
Select the 'Exchange Gifts' tab in the menu on the left.
Enter a working code in the box.
Press the 'Exchange' button to claim your rewards.

Once you redeem a reward, it will be instantly added to your in-game account. If the rewards don't appear, then it is best you relaunch the game and check again.
