Star Guardian skins are one of the most popular lines in League of Legends and they proved equally popular when they arrived in Wild Rift for the first time last year.
Now, both games are set to get a new round of Star Guardians with Wild Rift set to get some mobile-exclusive skins not seen in the mainline game.
The Sailor Moon-esque skins have always proved extremely popular and the latest batch has got fans of the MOBA extremely excited because not only will there be new skins on offer,

Wild Rift Star Guardians (2022) - Release Date
While the Wild Rift event itself hasn't been officially revealed, it is expected to tie in with the League of Legends event of the same name which launches on July 14.
The existence of the event itself is without question, as leaks from the Chinese localization of the game have emerged showing new features and exclusive Wild Rift Star Guardian skins - the event has also been made available on the Chinese Public Beta Environment (PBE) as of today (July 28).
Wild Rift Star Guardians (2022) - All Skins
As mentioned before, Star Guardian skins are some of the most popular in the game, and news that the event has returned for 2022 has sent fans into a frenzy - especially when it comes to Wild Rift where it has emerged that exclusive skins are coming to the mobile.
Thanks to some leaks we know of the existence of five exclusive Star Guardian skins coming to Wild Rift, they will be for Senna, Seraphine, Orianna, and support and marksman duo Xayah and Rakan.
The corrupted versions of Xayah and Rakan appeared in a previous League of Legends Star Guardians event but these new ones are the Redeemed version of them.
The full list of Star Guardian skins coming to Wild Rift has yet to be revealed but Ahri and Miss Fortune were also seen in a leaked Chinese trailer.
They'll join Jinx, Janna, Lux, Lulu, and Ezreal who have previously got Star Guardian skins in Wild Rift.
League of Legends is set to get new skins with Sona, Kai'Sa, Ekko (2 skins), and new champion Kai'Sa growing the roster of Star Guardian skins already available in that game.
With some time left until the event's launch, there could be yet more champions due to join, we will update you with any information as we have it.
New Terrain And Dragon Mechanics Are Coming To The Wild Rift
Star Guardian may get the hype because of the skins but there is also something real brewing in the event.
Changes will be coming to the rift, with Dragons now dropping a soul and Elemental terrain effects being introduced.
Ocean, Infernal, Mountain, and Cloud Dragons will now possess elemental effects which change the surrounding terrain and could spawn more resources.
The Ocean Dragon spawning will make the grass, and honey fruit, in the jungle and dragon pit more plentiful, while Infernal will open up new paths and burn surrounding grass. The Mountain Dragon creates additional walls around the jungle and dragon pit. while the Cloud Dragon creates wind tunnels that help you move quicker through the jungle and dragon pit.
Their souls, which drop when the dragon is slain, will give you buffs. The Ocean grants you health when you damage opponents, Infernal grants an AOE explosion, Mountain provides a shield to your entire team, and Cloud grants a movement speed buff after you use your ultimate.
