Supercell has announced that they will be ending support for Brawl Stars on old Android and iOS devices.
For technical reasons that they are unable to resolve, Supercell will be forced to end support for Brawl Stars on mobile devices using operating system (OS) versions lower than iOS 11 and Android 7.0.

With that in mind, devices running on OS versions lower than those we had just mentioned will no longer be able to play Brawl Stars once the next game update is released.
However, there are ways you can continue playing Brawl Stars. Here's how.
How Can You Continue Playing Brawl Stars?
If your mobile device is currently running on an operating system lower than iOS 11 or Android 7.0, you can continue playing Brawl Stars through one of two steps:
- Update your iOS or Android OS to a higher version. You can find relevant information on the respective Apple and Google support websites.
- Transfer your game progress to a new device with a viable operating system. This can be done by linking your Brawl Stars game account to a Supercell ID. You can find more information on how you can do this by reading Supercell's FAQ page.
These are currently the only two ways you can continue playing Brawl Stars if you do not meet the operating system requirements. However, we will update this page should any other solutions arise.
