Supercell has announced that they will be ending their support for Clash Royale on certain Android and iOS mobile devices using outdated operating systems.
Due to technical reasons, Supercell has been forced to end its support for all Apple and Android devices running on operating system (OS) versions lower than iOS 11 and Android 5.0.

This means that if your mobile device's operating system version is lower than the versions mentioned above, you will no longer be able to play Clash Royale once the next game update is released.
How Can You Continue Playing Clash Royale?
If your mobile device is currently running on an operating system lower than iOS 11 or Android 5.0, you can continue playing Clash Royale through one of two steps:
- Update your iOS or Android OS to a higher version. You can find relevant information on the respective Apple and Google support websites.
- Transfer your game progress to a new device with a viable operating system. This can be done by linking your Clash Royale account to a Supercell ID. You can find more information on how you can do this by reading Supercell's FAQ page.
These are currently the only two ways you can continue playing Clash Royale if you do not meet the operating system requirements. However, we will update this page should any other solutions arise.
