Here's a handy guide going over the responsibilities and perks in each Clan Role in Clash of Clans.
The key to a successful Clan is appointing the right members to the right roles. In Clash of Clans, these are called Clan Roles. Be it for initiating Clan Wars, organizing your members for Raid Weekends, or general housekeeping to ensure a healthy community, these roles are pivotal in allowing you to create the best possible Clan.
Each Clan role comes with its own set of perks and responsibilities. If you're a newbie who recently started a new Clan or a veteran who wants a refresher on these roles, then we've got you covered.
All Clan Roles In Clash Of Clans
There are a total of four Clan Roles in Clash of Clans: Leader, Co-Leader, Elder, and Member.
Leaders hold the most perks and responsibilities in a Clan. There can be only one of them in each Clan. Co-Leaders are a Clan's second-in-command and hold a similar (but limited) set of perks compared to Leaders. There can be several Co-Leaders in a Clan.
Elders are the third tier in a Clan's hierarchy. They hold limited perks and there can be several Elders in a Clan. Members are the fourth - and most basic - Clan Role in a Clan. There are no perks given to a Clan Member.
Here's a complete list of all the perks afforded to each Clan Role:
