Call of Duty: Mobile's Man-O-War assault rifle can pack a serious punch with the best attachments. Here are our optimal gunsmith loadouts for both standard MP and BR game modes.
The Man-O-War is a popular assault rifle in Call of Duty: Mobile, offering up 3-shot kill potential at even the longest of ranges. Because of that, it is frequently seen in standard multiplayer and battle royale game modes.
However, the gun has its drawbacks, namely its low mobility and slow rate of fire, which is why you need to equip the best attachments to the Man-O-War to get the most out of it.
The Man-O-War has 52 possible attachments and perks, so there is plenty to choose from, but this can make deciding on which is best to use rather tricky.
Thankfully, we've looked at the gun in both game modes, worked out the numbers, and put together the best loadouts possible for Season 6 (2024).
Best Man-O-War Loadout For COD: Mobile Season 6 (2024)
The Man-O-War is a heavy-hitting assault rifle with a good damage range. Still, it falls short regarding mobility and fire rate, which can see you struggling against more agile opponents, especially in standard multiplayer modes.
And while not the best assault rifle in the game, it has received a number of buffs in recent months, most recently as part of the Season 3 weapon balance changes, when its reload speed and ADS time were decreased.
The following loadouts look to improve the gun's strengths and soften its weaknesses.
If you cannot use some of the attachments mentioned below, it is likely because you haven't leveled up the Man-O-War. Check out our guide to leveling up weapons fast to access them as quickly as possible.
Best Man-O-War Loadout For Battle Royale
This Man-O-War loadout is about increasing the gun's already considerable damage range and improving its accuracy, with little thought to making it more mobile.
The reason for that is we suggest you pair this with an SMG or shotgun - something more lightweight that you can switch to when engagements are closer - leaving the Man-O-War to rail down opponents at medium-to-long range.
- Muzzle: Colossus Suppressor
- Barrel: QWC Ranger
- Stock: YKM Combat Stock
- Ammunition: 30 Round Extended Mag
- Rear Grip: Stippled Grip Tape
The most significant attachment here is the Colossus Suppressor. This muzzle is unique to the Man-O-War and Oden and is like an improved Monolith Suppressor, offering an insane +40% damage range.
The QWC Ranger barrel improves the gun's accuracy and recoil control at a small cost to mobility.
The YKM Combat Stock improves ADS time, while the 30 Round Extended Mag increases the gun's magazine size from 25 to 30.
The Stippled Grip Tape helps with the gun's mobility, improving the ADS time and sprint-to-fire delay at a cost to recoil and bullet spread.
If we'd change anything about this build, it would be taking the YKM Combat Stock and replacing it with the MIP Laser 5W, increasing the gun's overall mobility and improving its accuracy.
Best Man-O-War Loadout For Standard MP
This loadout is about increasing the gun's accuracy, which, coupled with its high damage output, makes for a frightening gun in the standard multiplayer modes.
- Muzzle: QWC Light Compensator
- Barrel: QWC Ranger
- Stock: YKM Light Stock
- Ammunition: 30 Round Extended Mag
- Rear Grip: Stippled Grip Tape
The essential attachment here is the QWC Light Compensator, which improves the gun's accuracy, and the QWC Ranger, which serves a similar function but also increases the damage range. Both will negatively affect mobility, but the other attachments will hopefully improve that.
To that end, we use the YKM Light Stock, which increases ADS movement speed at a small cost to recoil. The Stippled Grip Tape also reduces the ADS time and sprint-to-fire relay and, like the stock, negatively affects the recoil.
We have, once again, opted for the 30 Round Extended Mag. The gun's default 25-round mag isn't enough, but you don't want to increase the gun's weight too much with the 35-round mag, with the chosen magazine offering a sweet middle spot.
