The Argus Shotgun that made its debut in COD: Black Ops III and then was featured in Black Ops 4 is finally making its way to COD: Mobile Shotguns roster with the Season 8 'Error 404' update.

For players who don't know, the Argus is a lever action shotgun using which you can get one-shot kills in close quarters, making it the perfect weapon for maps with tight corners.

While we are on that topic, with the COD: Mobile Season 8 (2023) update, we are also getting a brand new multiplayer map, Kurohana Metropolis, where the Argus shotgun will be the best weapon to use, thanks to the map layout.

How To Unlock Argus Shotgun In COD: Mobile

In COD: Mobile, you can get the Argus Shotgun by leveling the Season 8 'Error 404' battle pass till tier 21.

Once that is done, you can claim the Argus shotgun from the game's free battle pass.

Similar to the past seasons featuring new weapons, you can get the Argus shotgun at tier 21 of COD: Mobile's free battle pass.

That being said, you can level up the battle pass by getting more kills, completing Seasonal, Daily, and Weekly challenges, surviving in battle royale matches, etc.

How To Use Argus Shotgun In COD: Mobile

Assuming you have unlocked the Argus shotgun in COD: Mobile by leveling up your Season 8 (2023) battle pass, you can equip and use the shotgun using the below steps:

  1. Open COD: Mobile
  2. Login into your account and select the Multiplayer option
  3. Tap on Loadout in the Multiplayer menu
  4. Now, tap on Primary Weapon
  5. Select Shotguns from the side menu
  6. Navigate through the list, select and equip the Argus shotgun
  7. Hop into a match.

Once you complete all of these steps, you are all ready to go in COD Mobile.
