Reality Augments are special perks that you can get in Fortnite. They provide various benefits such as weapons, stat boosts, additional health, and more. Use them to your advantage to be victorious in battle or win games.
Using them is an easy task as they are offered to you during a match. A choice of two Reality Augments is offered to you every two and a half minutes of match time. When it is ready to be selected, all you have to do is choose the one you want and press Activate. You can reroll your options if you are not satisfied with your choices.
You can have up to four active Reality Augments in a single match.

25 Reality Augments are currently available in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 4. All of them have an equal chance of appearing in your offered selections, so choose wisely,
Players may recognize a few new additions that have not been present in the past. To that end, six new Reality Augments were added to the roster. This includes Ammo Drop, Fast Fishers, First Shotgun, On The Go Bag, Pistol Salvo, and Sniper Striker.

The most recent additions came in the Fortnite v26.00 hotfix where Explosive Surplus, High Voltage, Roaming Redeploy, and Storm Chaser were introduced to the game.
Here are the perks of each of the Reality Augments:

| Ammo Drop | Not only grants ammo but makes it so that enemies drop more ammo than usual. |
| Explosive Surplus | Instantly gain rocket ammo. Any containers opened will always contain rocket ammo. |
| Fast Fisher | Swim faster and instantly loots fishing spots when swimming through them. |
| First Assault | The first bullet from assault rifles deals bonus damage. |
| First Shotgun | Shotguns will deal increased damage on the first shot. |
| Game Time | Instantly receive a Pizza Party and a pack of Chug Splash. |
| High Voltage | Instantly gain a Business Turret and Shield Breaker EMPs. With this Reality Augment activated, eliminations you get will grant additional Shield Breaker EMPs. |
| Keymaster | Rewards two keys for opening Holo-Chests. |
| Light Fingers | Weapons using light ammo reload faster. |
| Marksman Headshots | Marksman Rifle headshots will deal increased damage. |
| Medium Ammo Acquired | Instantly gain medium ammo, then gain additional medium ammunition when opening containers. |
| Mud Warrior | Regenerate health and shield while in mud or covered in it. |
| More Parkour | Energy regenerates briefly after hurdling or mantling. |
| On The Go Bag | Any container you open will have an item that you be in a Heist Bag. |
| Pistol Salvo | Pistols will have a reduced fire rate but increased damage. |
| Rarity Check | Gain Siphon on eliminations with Common and Uncommon weapons. |
| Reckless SMG Reload | SMGs reload faster whenever you reload on an empty clip. |
| Roaming Redeploy | Gain Glider Redeploy whenever you gain immunity to fall damage. |
| Scope Salvo | Scoped weapons deal increased damage at the cost of a decreased fire rate. |
| SMG Sign Off | The last three bullets of SMG magazines deal bonus damage. |
| Sniper Striker | Snipers give Siphon upon damaging enemies. |
| Sprint Lines | Gain a Slap effect upon using grind vines, grind rails, zip lines, and Ascenders. |
| Steady Hands | Marksman rifles have reduced recoil. |
| Storm Chaser | Reduces the amount of Energy drained while sprinting. The drain will be more reduced while in the Storm. |
| Supercharged | Vehicles you are inside of do not consume fuel and have increased health (boosting consumes fuel). |
As Season 4 progresses, more Reality Augments will be added to Fortnite. Conversely, certain augments in this list will also be vaulted depending on the circumstances.
