Refunding skins is a straightforward process in Fortnite. But before you do that, there are two important things to note. Firstly, each account is given three Return Tickets. These can be spent to refund items purchased from the Fortnite Item Shop. One ticket will be spent for each batch of items returned.
Secondly, you can only return items purchased in the last 30 days. After this period is over, you will not be able to seek a refund for it. So, be sure to act fast if you want to return a cosmetic.
With these rules out of the way, here are steps on how you can refund skins in Fortnite:
- Launch Fortnite.
- Access the main menu located in the top left corner of your screen.
- Select the Settings button (Gear icon).
