The untitled game will also be a live service game. This means that players can expect regular updates, novel features, and new content.
It is also speculated that they will feature character-specific abilities and movement. If Bungie's catalog is any indication of this game's premise, we could potentially see these characters following a space-themed storyline.
Most importantly, it is reported that this game will be available on PC, consoles, and mobile. With this in mind, it is most likely that cross-progression will bea feature in addition to the game having a cross-platform ability. This is an interesting feature and makes it certainly one to keep an eye out for.
No other details have been revealed at the moment, but there is a key thing to know. Many might recall rumors speculating that Bungie is working on a mobile Destiny game with Chinese tech giant NetEase. This new untitled game is not the reported Destiny game.
Rather, it is a new IP with never before seen content. With regards to the rumored Destiny mobile game, it was last leaked that Bungie had ramped up development for the game, having hired key personnel such as testers, graphic engineers, and more.
- If you can't get enough of Destiny, you can get yourself the third major expansion to the game - Forsaken .
Only time will tell how this new game will develop in the future. Make sure you keep your eyes on this one.
