Update [May 23, 2023]: In Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2, you can get the Spider-Verse Web-Shooters from the Spider-Verse backpacks found all around the game's map. Apart from that, you can obtain it from players who have it on them. But for that, you have to defeat them.
Lastly, you can buy the Spider-Verse Web Shooters from Gwen. If you don't know where to find her, here is a map screenshot that shares her exact location:

The original story continues - Last time, with the Spider-Man Mythic Web Shooters, you could also obtain them from backpacks trapped on tree trunks near bounceable webs. In any case, we will be updating this guide soon!
