Among many, we have one hidden quest, where a little sister requests you to find her big sister, which seems more like a Bloodborne easter egg that many of you might be interested in learning more about.
In this guide, we particularly talk about how you can get and use the Damaged Music Box that you obtain upon completing the little sister's request in Honkai Star Rail.

How To Get The Damaged Music Box In Honkai Star Rail
In Honkai Star Rail, you can get the Damaged Music Box by interacting with the NPC behind the window on the bridge near the Boulder Town entrance. But before you get the Damaged Music Box, you must first complete the little sister's request by obtaining the quest item, "Dirty Ribbon Tied to a Bell."
You can get the little sister's request in Rivet Town and obtain the said quest item in the town by defeating the Warp Trotter. That said, once you have the Dirty "Ribbon Tied to a Bell" item on you, return to the window on the bridge and interact with the NPC.
Once you exhaust the dialogues, you will obtain the Damaged Music Box from the said NPC.

How To Use The Damaged Music Box In Honkai Star Rail
Once you have to the Damaged Music Box in Honkai Star Rail, make your way back to Rivet Town. Go to the alley in the western part of the town and interact with the NPC standing in front of the dumpster.
Doing so will let you give the Damaged Music Box to the said NPC while revealing that she is the big sister of the girl from whom you got the Damaged Music Box.
Happy Ending, right? But what about rewards? When you give the Damaged Music Box to the big sister, you will be rewarded with Praise of High Morals.
