Considered Judgment is a great weapon that not only offers a great Base ATK at max level but also comes with a secondary stat bonus that increases CRIT Rate%.

Here's a look at Considered Judgment stats in Genshin Impact:

• Base ATK (Level 1): 47.54
• Base ATK (Level 90): 674.33
• Sub Stat Type: Critical Rate%
• Base Sub Stat (Level 1): 4.8%
• Base Sub Stat (Level 90): 22.05%

Weapon Skill - Many Oaths of Dawn and Dusk

The weapon skill at base refinement does the following: Increases ATK by 20%. When characters in your party obtain Elemental Shards from Crystallize reactions, the equipping character will gain 1 Seal, increasing Elemental Skill DMG by 18%.

The Seal lasts for 15s, and the equipper may have up to 2 Seals at once. All of the equipper's Seals will disappear 0.2s after their Elemental Skill deals DMG.

In Genshin Impact, you can get Considered Judgement Claymore by performing wishes on the Epitome Invocation banner that goes live during version 4.3 update along with Navia's character event wish banner.
