You can get the 'A Sobriquet Under Shade' outfit for free if you complete the limited-time "Second Blooming" event during the version 3.4 update. In this event, you will need to take part in continuous combat challenges and defeat all enemies within a time limit to get rewards such as Lisa's new outfit, Primogems, Hero's Wit, and more.
If you're unable to get the outfit in this event, you will be able to purchase the outfit in the 'Character Outfit' shop for 1,680 Genesis Crystals after version 3.4 is over.
