In the centre of Underwater City, players can find a large castle with a Water Kung Fu Teacher inside. This NPC can teach you Water Kung Fu for 750,000$. Among the other inhabitants, players can find 3 enemies: Fishman Warrior, Fishman Commando, and Fishman Lord.
