In Blox Fruits, you can learn Sanguine Art from the NPC named Shafi, whom you can find near the Island Boy NPCs in the chamber of the Tiki Outpost.

Firstly, you must obtain the following items before talking to Shafi:

1 Leviathan's Heart
20 Demonic Wisps
20 Vampire Fangs
2 Dark Fragments
$5,000,000
5,000 Fragments

Devourer of Worlds	C key	350	This move possesses two distinct variations: If hit, launches a dark red blast at the cursor, and if it hits, it causes five energy balls to spawn around the target and then attack them. If not hit, creates a ball and explodes. If anyone stands within the radius of the ball, they will be dealt some damage and, at the same time, create a worm that chases the target within a certain radius.
