The Inmate Capuchin Monkey is one of five unique variants of the Capuchin Monkey pet in Adopt Me, which were added to the game with the returning Capuchin Fairground event.
Unlike the base pet, you cannot purchase the Inmate Capuchin Monkey using Bucks or Robux but must have certain items on you along with the Capuchin Monkey to exchange them for the Inmate Capuchin Monkey.

How To Get Inmate Capuchin Monkey
You can get the Inmate Capuchin Monkey by talking to him in the Capuchin Fairground event area while having a Capuchin Monkey pet and three Toy Handcuffs.

The Toy Handcuffs are the event-exclusive item players can obtain from the Standard and Premium Boxes available in the same area.
The Standard Box has a 15% drop rate for Toy Handcuffs and costs 300 Bucks. On the other hand, the Premium Box offers a higher drop rate—a 50% chance of obtaining the Toy Handcuffs, but at the cost of 100 Robux.
Once you have obtained the Inmate Capuchin Monkey, you can use his accessory, the Inmate Cap, on any other pet.
