The Alchemy Commission is a new area coming to Honkai Star Rail with the version 1.2 'Even Immortality Ends' update. It is one of the six commissions in the Xianzhou Luofu responsible for healing the residents and gathering case studies and medical papers.
It is a relatively large location consisting of several key environmental sights, such as the Aureate Elixir Furnace, Healer's Market, Elixir Research Terrace, and others.
