Who Is HuoHuo In Honkai Star Rail
Huohuo is an apprentice judge of the Ten-Lords Commission on the Xianzhou Luofu, a little fox-girl possessed by Wubbaboo.
She has a timid and vulnerable personality, fearing all sorts of strange things, yet she shoulders the responsibility of capturing evil spirits.
As we know, Wubbawoos are mischievous Astral Spirits that possess individuals and commit pranks for fun.
Although they are not deadly, they have the potential to cause trouble and should be kept under medium containment levels.
Maybe HuoHuo will be a featured character during October for Halloween?

Honkai Star Rail HuoHuo's Rarity
As it stands, the current rumor for HuoHuo is that she will be a five-star unit, which means that she will definitely have her own banner and be a huge character in relation to the game.
But, as we all know, Hoyoverse is notorious for changing a lot about a character before they come out.
So, HuoHuo could potentially come out and be different than what we see her as now.
Honkai Star Rail HuoHuo's Path And Element
From what we know right now, HuoHuo belongs to The Abundance Path, and her element is Wind.
From what we can tell by the rest of her kit, she is shaping up to be a very strong healer.

Honkai Star Rail HuoHuo's Combat Skills & Abilities
All of HuoHuo's combat skills and abilities have been leaked. Let's take a closer look:
Basic Attack
Deals ?% of HuoHuo's ATk as Wind DMG to a target enemy.
Skill
Restores HP to a single ally based on ?% + ? of HuoHuo's ATK and ?% + ? of HuoHuo's ATK for the rest of the party members.
Ultimate
Restores Energy for all party members except for HuoHuo herself based on ?% of their Energy cost and increases all party member's ATK by ?% for ? turns.
Talent
After casting a Skill, HuoHuo obtains the [Lives of the sacrifice] effect. When HuoHuo has [Lives of the sacrifice], all party members will restore HP based on ?% + ? of HuoHuo's ATK at the start of each turn. This effect lasts for ? turns.
After casting an Ultimate, HuoHuo obtains the [Spiritual Experience] effect. When HuoHuo has [Spiritual Experience], all party members will restore Energy based on ?% of their Energy cost at the start of each turn. This effect lasts for ? turns.
Technique
HuoHuo intimidates the surrounding enemies, causing them to fall into the [Psionic Dispersion] state. Enemies affected by the [Psionic Dispersion] effect will flee away on the opposite direction from HuoHuo for ? seconds.
When an enemy affected by [Psionic Dispersion] effect joins the battle, they have a ?% chance of getting a ?% ATK reduction for ? turns.
