Koenigsegg's roster of hypercar races into PUBG Mobile once again.
Krafton has always done well to bring big-time collaborations to PUBG Mobile. Players can currently watch the first in-game virtual concert of a K-pop group, with the Blackpink concert proving a hit with fans, and then there have been numerous movies and video games that have packed their parachutes and jumped into the battle royale.
However, few have quite captured the imagination of that with Swedish hypercar manufacturer Koenigsegg, their first outing was back in November of last year and gave players the chance to unlock the Jesko and Gemera car skins. It was hugely popular, so much so that the event is coming back and bigger than ever.
That's because, alongside the return of the previous collection of supercars, there is also the addition of the One:1, which Koenigsegg claim is the "world's first megacar." We don't really know what that means, but it certainly sounds cool.
The event starts tomorrow (July 29) and runs until August 31, with players getting the chance to pick up the Jesko (reskinned Coupe RB) skin and the Gemara (reskinned Dacia), as well as this new One:1. And unlike the famous Ford saying, you can get these cars in different colors, with players able to choose between three different paint jobs.
Players hoping that the event will be any cheaper this time around are probably out of luck as the event is one of PUBG Mobile's Lucky Spins.
These randomized loot boxes can get very expensive and if you really want one of these Koenigsegg car skins you can expect to pay a pretty penny.
