Case Keys make the world go round in Blade Ball. What are they, how do you get them and how are they used? Let's take a look into that in this guide.
In Roblox Blade Ball, the only way to get cool skins, explosions, and more is through opening crates.
These cosmetics can be gained by playing the game and even just keeping your character in the game's lobby.
In our guide, we will go over how to use them, where to get them, and what they are! Take a look below.
Update: We have updated the guide on October 16, 2023.
What Are Case Keys In Blade Ball
To talk about Case Keys, we must compare them to something from other popular games.
This is pretty easy to do because there is a direct comparison between Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and PUBG.
As a player in Blade Ball, what you do is you spend a key that you have acquired to open a chest that you have.
When you have a key in your inventory, the game will prompt you with an "Open Case" text over the crates in the game.

How To Get More Case Keys In Blade Ball
To acquire Case Keys for unlocking Crates within Roblox's Blade Ball, you'll want to watch your in-game Playtime Awards closely.
To access this feature, simply navigate to the "Extra" tab, which sports a gift box icon in the upper-left corner of your user interface. From the dropdown menu, select "Playtime Awards."
You'll be presented with the "Time Rewards" section, which tracks your progress toward various rewards, including the coveted Case Key.It's important to note that Playtime Awards operate on a 24-hour cooldown, meaning you can only earn one reward per day.
Additionally, be aware that if you exit the game at any point, your progress will reset, as indicated by the "Resets upon rejoin" message.
An interesting tidbit is that Blade Ball generously rewards players with a Case Key even if they remain AFK (Away From Keyboard) during matches and in the lobby.
However, remember to periodically move your Roblox avatar slightly to prevent being kicked from the game due to inactivity.
