In Demon Slayer: Midnight Sun, you can get the Flame Breathing style from the Flame Breathing Trainer NPC. First, make your way to the said NPC's location and interact with him.
Doing so will trigger a quest where you must 'Fight two ultra demons while being on fire.' Complete the quest objective to learn the Flame Breathing in Demon Slayer: Midnight Sun.
Remember, you cannot learn Flame Breathing if you already have an active breathing style.
