However, there is a certain item in the game that players can use to replenish their lives, limiting the risk of permadeath and losing their progress.

How To Get Lives Back In Arcane Lineage
In Arcane Lineage, you can get lives back using an item called Phoenix Tear. You can use it to regain the lives you have lost so far by dying in the game.
That said, you can get Phoenix Tear from the NPC named Mysterious Man. He appears in Caldera Town at an interval of one hour in a random location around the town and stays for around ten minutes.
Apart from that, the items that he sells also depend on RNG. So it may take time before you can purchase Phoenix Tear from the Mysterious Man.

Two prime locations where players can find the Mysterious Man NPC include the Caldera Town center, behind the Blacksmith's building, and in the eastern part of the town.

How To Increase Total Lives In Arcane Lineage
You can increase your lives in Arcane Lineage by obtaining rare Races like the Daminos and Dullahan.
By default, they have more lives than other races, which is why they are considered an S-tier Race in Arcane Lineage.
Since your character starts with a random race, you may have to keep creating new characters till you get any of the two mentioned races or perform Race Reroll using Robux.
