The biometric location is just another name for the Camera Input setting that Roblox uses to animate player's avatars based on their facial structure and other such things.

As Roblox describes, "Certain Roblox services can use video and live camera input that shows movements of your facial features, like closing your eyes and opening your mouth, and translate that input into animations of the facial features of your Roblox avatar."

So, if you want to enable or disable the Biometric setting on Roblox, keep reading our guide.

How To Turn On & Off Biometric Settings In Roblox

In Roblox, you can turn on the Biometric Settings via the Privacy option by toggling the "Use camera to animate your avatar with your movement" option.

But before that, make sure your email address associated with the Roblox account is verified and that you are over 13.

Once you meet these requirements, if you are using the Roblox app, click on the three dots at the bottom to open a menu where you can find the 'Settings' option.

On PC, you can click on the Cog-like icon on the right side of the Roblox page and select the Settings option.

After that, head to the 'Privacy' tab and toggle on the Camera Input option. Doing so will enable the Biometric setting on Roblox.

To disable this setting, go to the Privacy tab and toggle off the Camera Input option.

That being said, the Camera Input setting in Roblox is disabled from the get-go. So you don't have to be anxious about Roblox misusing your biometric and other such data.
