Wild Rift exclusive skins will be making their way to League of Legends.
In a recent dev diary, Riot revealed that several Wild Rift champion skins and splash art will be added to League of Legends.
The skins being introduced to League include Star Guardian Seraphine, Redeemed Star Guardian Xayah, and Redeemed Star Guardian Rakan.
It's key to note that they all come from the Wild Rift exclusive Star Guardian skin line. This marks the first time since its launch in 2020 that any cosmetics from the game are made available elsewhere.
The devs stated that no exact release dates for these skins and splash arts have been set. This is due to the fact that these games exist on very different platforms.
So, a bunch of work will need to be done to adequately recreate these cosmetics in League. Details about these dates will be revealed further down the line.
The move was quite a surprise to some, but not to all. This has been a long-standing request from many players within the game's separate communities.
Riot further added that if all goes well, they will add more Wild Rift cosmetics to League of Legends in the future.
