Season 21 is coming to Brawl Stars and it is bringing along some spooky vibes. Say hello to the Bizarre Circus, a new area at Starr Park full of mysterious, whimsical, and dangerous fun.
The resident caretaker at the Bizarre Circus is Brawl Stars' newest brawler, Charlie. She is a Chromatic brawler and thus can be unlocked as a reward for reaching Level 30 in Season 21's Brawl Pass. The new season will begin on November 6, 2023.
Her lore describes her as a person "who grew up on the streets, learned impressive tricks, and was eventually discovered by the local Bizarre Circus." She is the first of her own trio and will welcome two other theme-matching teammates in the future.

Overview Of Charlie's Main Attack, Super & Hypercharge
Charlie uses her hair like a yo-yo for her main attack. It moves straight and returns when it hits a target or a wall. So, the closer the target, the faster she can attack.
With her Super, aptly named 'Cocoon', enemies hit by it will be wrapped in a cocoon. They cannot do anything but wait until it expires.
The cocoon itself will have a set HP that will deplete over a period of time. Allies can help destroy it faster by attacking it.
Besides this, Charlie would also receive her own unique Hypercharge in Season 21.
Not only will she gain impressive stat buffs when she activates it, but her cocoons will also spawn three spiderlings that will attack nearby enemies.
Charlie Will Join Brawl Stars With Two New Skins
Two skins will be available for Charlie when she is released in Season 21: Amazing Charlie and Rosie Charlie.
Amazing Charlie is a 29 Gem skin. With it equipped, she will take on a spider-like appearance that will remind some players of the amazing Spider-Man.
The other skin, Rosie Charlie, will see Charlie transform into a supervillain à la Poison Ivy from Batman. This cosmetic will be available as an unlockable reward in the last tier of the Season 21 Brawl Pass.
