Supercell has released a new round of balance changes in Clash of Clans that impact Clash-O-Ween troops and the Builder Base. We will dive into these buffs and nerfs.
Supercell took the Clash of Clans servers down recently to implement a round of balance changes. For the most part, they target the novel Clash-O-Ween troops.
Additional balance changes were also applied to the Builder Base.
These buffs and nerfs are relativley small in comparison to the balance changes made earlier in the month which impacted troops and buildings in both the Clan Capital and Home Village.
That said, here is a look at the October balance changes in Clash of Clans.
New Clash Of Clans Balance Changes Target Clash-O-Ween Troops
As we mentioned earlier, the main target of the balance changes are the four seasonal troops from the Clash-O-Ween event. The Lavaloon has undoubtedly been incredibly powerful - somewhat expected given that it is a combination of two strong troops - so it has been nerfed.
However, the three other units have underperformed and so, have their power levels increased. The Barcher and Big Boys (summoned by the Witch Golems) see their DPS increased. Meanwhile, the Hog Wizard's HP has seen a boost.
Here is a closer look at these changes.

Builder Base Nerfs
In other news, the Builder Base sees very minor changes to both the Mine and Mega Mine. The amount of damage they deal has been lowered.
Besides this, the Battle Machine and Night Witch has been buffed, while the Tesla has been nerfed.
This has been one of the few changes that have been dealed to the Builder Base mode after its massive rework in mid-2023.
