There are several methods that allow you to find Birthday Balloons during Fortnite's 6th anniversary.
To get Birthday Balloons, you can discover them from ground loot, by opening regular chests scattered across the island, or activating the Jump Balloon Reality Augment.

How To Use Birthday Balloons In Fortnite
To deploy a Balloon in Fortnite, simply select the Balloon from your inventory. This action will attach the Balloon to your character, allowing you to start floating. It's worth noting that you can attach up to three Balloons simultaneously.
However, keep in mind that Fortnite's Birthday Balloons are rather delicate and can be easily popped by either your opponents or if you ascend to great heights.
