Reality Augments are a special gameplay mechanic in Fortnite that offers you special perks such as weapons, stat boosts, additional health, and more. Use them to your advantage to be victorious in battle or win games - the choice is yours.
A choice of two Reality Augments is offered to you every two and a half minutes of match time. When it is ready to be selected, simply choose the one you want and press Activate. You can reroll your options if you are not satisfied with your choices.
You can have up to four Reality Augments active in a single match. Here is a look at all the available Reality Augments that you can get in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 3.

32 Reality Augments are currently available in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 3. As mentioned earlier, each of them offers unique perks and buffs that will be useful in most situations.

| Bloodhound | Enemies hit by your bow or marksman rifle shots are marked for a brief duration |
| Desperate Reload | Your Pistols will reload faster when reloaded with an empty clip |
| Exotic Grab Bag | Receive a random Heisted Exotic Weapon |
| First Assault | The first bullet from your assault rifle deals bonus damage |
| Heavy Ammo Acquired | Weapons using heavy ammo will have increased headshot damage |
| Heavy Headshots | Instantly gain heavy ammo, then gain more ammunition when you open containers |
| Icy Slide | Gain an icy speed boost while sliding |
| Keymaster | Gives you two keys for opening Holo-Chests |
| Light Fingers | Weapons using light ammo reload faster |
| Medium Ammo Acquired | Instantly gain medium ammo, then gain more ammunition when you open containers |
Mud Warrior | Regenerate health and shield while in mud or covered in it |
| Mythic Munition | Receive a Mythic Tactical Pistol |
| Pistol Recycle | Activating this will give your Pistol shots a chance to cost 0 ammo |
| Primal Companion | Gain thermal vision and regenerate health while riding animals |
| Rarity Check | You gain siphon on eliminations with Common and Uncommon weapons |
| Reckless Rifle Reload | Assault Rifles will reload at a faster speed when the magazine is empty |
| Roaming Redeploy | Gain Glider Redeploy whenever you gain immunity to fall damage, such as when detaching from grind rails, grind vines, zip lines, or when bouncing from Hop Flowers |
| Scoped Salvo | Your scoped weapons will have increased damage at the cost of a decreased fire rate |
| Shell Slide | Gain Shotgun shells while sliding |
| Shotgun Striker | Shotguns give siphon on hits against players |
| Shrub Mud | You become covered in mud when in big bushes, leaf piles, and tall grass |
| SMG Extended Mag | Your SMGs will have increased magazine size |
| SMG Sign Off | The last three bullets of your SMG magazines deal bonus damage |
| Soaring Sprints | You can jump higher and with lower gravity while sprinting |
| Splash Party | Instantly receive Slap Splashes |
| Sprint Lines | Gain a Slap effect upon using grind vines, grind rails, zip lines, or Ascenders |
| Steady Hands | Marksman Rifles have reduced recoil |
| Swift Shotgun Reload | Your Shotguns reload faster |
| Thermal Mud | You gain thermal vision when you are covered in mud |
| Traversal Warrior | Regenerate health and partial shield while on grind rails, grind vines, zip lines, and ascenders (except while in the Storm) |
| Wildwasp Weaponry | Receive Wildwasp Jars and gain one with every elimination |
