If you've been wondering whether you can face against bots in Warzone Mobile, then here is your answer.
Whether you are a seasoned Call of Duty veteran looking to get Warzone action on the go or are a fan of FPS titles on mobile, then Activision’s battle royale shooter, Warzone Mobile, is the game to go to.
One issue that plagues a lot of multiplayer FPS titles in the mobile gaming scene, however, is that lobbies can be filled with bots. If you have ever played with bots before, then you would know that the experience can be a little underwhelming and boring, to say the least.
So, does the much talked about latest installment in the Call of Duty franchise on mobile have the same issues? We will dive into that.
Are There Bots In Warzone Mobile?
Warzone Mobile is set to be a disruptive title in the mobile battle royale genre and one of the reasons is that the game will have no bots.
During the Call of Duty Next event in 2022, Activision revealed a lot of details about Warzone Mobile. One of these was that the game would have "up to 120 real players." This means that whenever you face a person during a match, you can rest assured that there will be a genuine player on the other side of the screen.

Activision has said that the game might have a few bots, though, but these will only be present for matchmaking purposes. The majority of the lobby will still be filled with real players.
In addition to their commitment to having real-player lobbies, Warzone Mobile will have larger lobbies compared to other titles in the mobile FPS scene. For example, Free Fire can host up to 50 players in a single lobby, meanwhile PUBG Mobile can host up to 100.
Why Warzone Mobile Having No Bots Is A Big Deal
Have you ever played a new battle royale game on mobile and wondered why you were so good in your first few matches? This is because these games are usually filled with bots. Even in the higher-ranked matches, titles like PUBG Mobile use a few bots to populate the lobbies.
But, for Warzone Mobile, this won’t be the case. You will be put to the test as soon as you download the game and drop in Verdansk.
If you are thinking about whether this will invite longer lobby wait times, it likely will. However, it's just a small price to pay for playing against only real players.
