Ballad in Goblets is a new event wish from the version 3.1 update: King Deshret and the Three Magi. During this event wish, the five-star Anemo-element character, "Windborne Bard" Venti, and three other four-star characters will be getting a huge drop-rate boost.

Ballad In Goblets Event Wish - Duration
Ballad in Goblets is a limited-time event wish that will be available in Genshin Impact from the launch of the version 3.1 update (September 28)until October 14 at 6 pm local time. All players will be eligible to participate in this event wish.
The Ballad in Goblets event wish will run concurrently with the Twilight Arbiter event wish.
Ballad In Goblets Event Wish - Rewards
During the Ballad in Goblets event wish, the five-star Ameno-element character, "Windborne Bard" Venti, will be receiving a big drop-rate boost. This is a famous return for the bard from Mondstadt who was first released to Gneshin Impact in late 2020. It's a good chance for those who missed out to collect him. Besides Venti, three other four-star characters will receive a drop-rate boost.
These are all the characters that will receive a huge boost in their drop rates during the Ballad in Goblets event wish:
- Five-star Anemo-element "Windborne Bard" Venti
- Four-star Hydro-element "Golden Vow" Candace
- Four-star Electro-element "Mender of Tribulations" Kuku Shinobu

After the Ballad in Goblobets event wish ends, "Golden Vow" Candace will be available in the standard wish "Wanderlust Invocation" in the next version update.
Ballad In Goblets Event Wish - Test Run
A test run trial event will be run alongside the Ballad in Goblets event wish. You can only participate in this test run using the pre-selected character line-up. Use these characters to test them out and enter specific stages. If you complete all the available challenges, you will earn rewards.
