After Riot Games released a rather disappointing patch 3.12 to Legends of Runeterra, many players were left wondering why there were no card changes in that update. At the time, Riot stated that they were "still keeping an all-seeing eye" on how the meta is evolving, and changes would likely appear in the next patch.

Well, patch 3.13 has finally been released - only a week after patch 3.12 was released - and there are certainly a bunch of card changes that will definitely upset and/or rebalance the meta! Here are all of them!

Legends Of Runeterra Patch 3.13 - Release Date

Legends of Runeterra will be updated with patch 3.13 on August 17, 2022. This swiftly follows the minor patch 3.12 update we saw released on August 8 and comes before the massive new expansion reveal stream.

Riot Games had previously released a preview of the cards we could see changed in patch 3.13. However, they have now released the full patch notes for all 39 cards that will either receive a buff or a nerf! Let's take a look at all of them

Legends Of Runeterra Patch 3.13 - Card Buffs

24 cards will receive a buff in patch 3.13 of Legends of Runeterra. Here are all of them:

Hate Spike	Cost reduced from 2 mana → 1 mana
Harsh Winds	Cost reduced from 6 mana → 5 mana
Kadregrin the Ruined	Card text modified: Grant an allied Champion or Dragon Challenger → Grant an ally Challenger and +1\|+1
Mark of the Storm	Card text modified: Grant an enemy Mark of the Storm. If they already have it, Remove the mark to Stun and Deal 2 → 3
Starbone	Card text modified: If you behold The Messenger, grant Celestial allies everywhere +1\|+1 → If you behold a Celestial, create The Messenger in your deck and grant Celestial allies everywhere +1\|+1
Bloody Business	An ally with 5+ Power strikes an enemy → Reputation: I cost 2; An ally with 5+ Power strikes an enemy
Starshaping	Card text modified: Invoke a celestial card that costs 7 or more, then heal an ally or your Nexus 4 → 5
Thunderfist	Base stats increased from 2\|3 → 3\|3
Masa, Crashing Thunder	Base stats increased from 5\|4 → 5\|5
Rissu, the Silent Storm	Base stats increased from 1\|1 → 1\|3
Stormcloud	Card text modified: Impact → When I’m summoned, grant me Impact 3 times
Duskpetal Dust	Card text modified: The next unit with nightfall you play this round costs 1 less → The next Card you play this round costs 1 less

Squeaker	Base stats increased from 1\|2 → 2\|2
Bandle City Mayor	Base stats increased from 2\|2 → 2\|3

Zilean's Careful Preparation	Card text modified: To play, place a card from your hand into your deck. Predict, then create an exact copy of the chosen card in hand. Create a Zilean in your deck.

Blighted Ravine	When I'm summoned, heal your nexus 4 → 2 Countdown 1: Deal 2 Damage to everything → all units
Frozen Thrall	Countdown increased from 8 seconds → 9 seconds
Boom Baboon	Base stats decreased from 3\|1 → 2\|1
Station Archivist	Card text modified: Pick a spell into the top 5 cards of your deck and create an exact fleeting copy in hand, then shuffle those top 5 into your deck.
Ravenbloom Conservatory	Countdown increased from 10 seconds → 12 seconds
The Stagehand	Base stats decreased from 4\|4 → 4\|2
Defiant Dance	Cost increased from 4 mana → 5 mana
Ancient Hourglass	Cost increased from 2 mana → 3 mana
The Winding Light	Overwhelm keyword removed
Papercraft Dragon	Cost increased from 5 mana → 6 mana
