We'll be exploring the untold intersection of animals and the multiverse in the latest season of Marvel Snap: Animals Assemble. Your favorite heroes and villains for this update may look like cuddly creatures, but they're beyond just that.

As with every new season, we're introduced to new content. This includes a new set of Series 5 cards, a refreshed Season Pass, a couple of locations, and variants.

The Animals Assemble season will be available in Marvel Snap between April 4 and May 2.

Here's a look at all of the update's new content.

Marvel Snap Animals Assemble Season - Season Pass

Hit Monkey is the Season Pass exclusive card. It has the ability 'On Reveal: Gain +2 Power for each other card you played this turn.' He provides perfect synergy with cards like Beast, Hood, Sera, Mysterio, and Falcon.

As usual, you can get the Season Pass for the Animals Assemble season in Marvel Snap for USD $9.99.

On top of Hit Monkey, three new Series 5 cards were added to Marvel Snap. These include Jeff the Baby Land Shark, Snowguard, and Stegron.

Here's a look at their respective abilities:

  • Jeff the Baby Land Shark: You can move this card once. Nothing can stop you from moving or playing this to any location. Jeff the Baby Land Shark will be released on April 18.
  • Snowguard: While in your hand, this card transforms each turn into a Hawk or a Bear. For Hawk, it has 'On Reveal: Ignore all Location abilities next turn' while Bear has the ability 'On Reveal: Trigger the effect of this location.' Snowguard will be released on April 11.
  • Stegron: On Reveal: Move an enemy card from here to another location. Stegron will be released on April 25.

Two new locations were added to Marvel Snap in the Animals Assemble season: Pet Mansion and the Sandbar.

Here's a look at them:

  • Pet Mansion: This turn, all cards must be played here.
  • The Sandbar: Cards with abilities can’t be played here.
