The Token Shop allows you to purchase specific cards in Marvel Snap with Collector's Tokens. Here's how it works.
The Token Shop is a new shop that allows you to purchase cards you don't currently have in your collection with special Collector's Tokens.
Introduced in The Power Cosmic season, it adds a new way for players to unlock cards. Besides this, you can get new cards by either climbing the Collection Level, opening Collector's Caches and Collector's Reserves, or purchasing the Season Pass. However, those offered your random cards.
The Token Shop will grant you the ability to obtain specific unowned cards. Overall, it speeds up the card collection process and gives you more control over the cards you get in Marvel Snap.
Marvel Snap Token Shop - How To Get Collector's Tokens
Like Gold and Credits, Collector's Tokens are a type of in-game currency. You will be able to earn Collector's Tokens once you reach Collection Level 500.
These will be rewarded to you when you open Collector's Caches and Collector's Reserves. Both will have a 25% chance to drop 100 Tokens each, but once you have all of the Series (or pool) 3 cards, you will have an additional ~22% chance to get 400 Tokens.
Marvel Snap Token Shop - Card Costs
Collector's Tokens can be exchanged for cards at the Token Shop. The shop is refreshed every eight hours with a new card you don't already own.
At the moment, only Series 3, 4, and 5 cards will be available in the Token Shop. Here's a look at how many Collector's Tokens you'll need for each Series card:
- Series 3 Card: 1,000 Tokens
- Series 4 Card: 3,000 Tokens
- Series 5 Card: 6,000 Tokens
If you don't have enough Tokens to purchase a card in the Token Shop, you will be able to 'pin' the card so that it remains there indefinitely.
