Marvel Snap September Balance Changes: Buffs And Nerfs

The September balance changes have introduced a wide variety of card buffs and nerfs to Marvel Snap. Let's go over each and every one of them!

Marvel is gearing up for the global launch of Marvel Snap on October 18 by releasing a whole slew of balance changes. It has been a hot minute since the last set of balance changes was announced back in early August. However, this new release will bring a gigantic collection of changes that will affect various card stats and texts.

The devs stated that most of these changes come from the feeling that five/six cost cards were too underpowered in terms of stats so these will be adjusted accordingly. On top of that, certain card texts needed to be readjusted to better balance their power. A total of 20 cards have received a buff in the September balance changes. As mentioned before, these changes largely have to do with the cards' base stats. They have been increased to match the high cost that players are paying to deploy them. Other cards mentioned in this list also had their card text changed to increase their power and presence on the board as they were too weak before.

Marvel Snap September Balance Changes - Nerfs

Only three cards were on the receiving end of a nerf in the latest balance changes. Arnim Zola's overpowered card text has been nerfed while Blue Marvel and Mister Negative got a downgrade to their base stats.
